This course aims to give the correct basics to the Taijiquan beginner or mid-level practitioner.

When we shot it we aimed to have a clear vision of the movements and functions.

I have been training Taijiquan for over 30 years, 20 of which passed living in Asia mostly in mainland China. In Beijing I was a student of Yang, Chen as well as Wu inner disciple lines for a decade. I’ve translated Chinese Taijiquan classical manuals and documents, competed in several competitions in China and Europe, and was awarded as traditional master of Gong Fu by the UIKT Unione Italiana Kung Fu Tradizionale. The version of the long form you are going to see in these videos here is my interpretation mostly from Wu and Dong and Wu lines I’ve studied.
